To whomever needs to hear this today:

Relationship struggles?

Have no fear. There still is Hope.

The person you’re with can be your forever. The grass isn’t greener on the other side. It’s the same damn grass. So water it or The Universe will keep sending you “duplicates” until you learn and heal that part of you.

Do the inner work together. #raiseyourconsciousness together.

I encourage everyone to get curious about when their partner triggers them (without meaning to) instead of getting frustrated, anxious, or avoidant.

For our triggers are our teachers to show us our wounds we haven’t yet healed.

Then there’s those people who know your triggers and do it on purpose. Can you say toxic? Buh-Bye. Leave behind the people who bring out the worst in you and say hello to the people who bring out the best! It’s important to protect your space and who you invite in it. Love yourself enough to walk away from the negativity and surround yourself with the positive.

Try to have fun with it and not fault or judge the other person for their growth. That’s to be celebrated, not to be looked down on or to point blame. Vulnerability is strength, not weakness like we use to be taught. Our planet is evolving. Get with the program people! Haha!

Showing up authentically and unapologetically is sexy and it looks good on you!

That is all...for now. I will get into this in depth another day. Have a wonderful day!
